Is that politically means those Federal Entrepreneurs who are:
1-already landed in Canada
2-followed and obeyed the Ts and Cs till now (still outstanding)
3-didn’t get any mail from CIC requesting any documents till the end of Jan 2012
After Feb 1th they don’t have any conditions to be worry about?

Hello Steven,

Such a great website! I actually got this website from Canadian Immigrant Magazine, one of your articles "Shift in Family sponsoship" under the Settlement section. As one of your readers, i really appreciate that you have generously provided such great information about new immigration regulations regarding family sponsorship. I know many immigrant applicants feel confused and frustrated of the changes in the policy. I am actually working as a social and community services worker in Toronto, i can definately explain the information to some of my clients and volunteers; hence, they may save time, money, and energy to make a wise decision. Thanks and have a great weekend!

Hi
Can you tell me if cases are sent here even if they have not been appealed? We have not received a decision that would need to be appealed, I am just a bit confused because I am sponsoring my husband and he received a letter stating that his file had been transfered to ottawa pilot for processing. Is this good news?
